Finally this husband and wife went to a Saadu, they said "You know our apartment people also complains us, even we don't know why we are angry and short tempered nature. we always used to shout and fight with each other. Then Saadu said "okay I will sortout the problem in two days" then the husband said "really, then what we should do Swamiji ?" then saadu said "okay, you continue your fighting as your fighting you fight, but the only thing, the rule is, you can't talk and you can't shout to each other you fight by writing, so whenever you get angry on your wife you write it down on piece of paper and give to her and whenever she gets angry she will write it down and give it to you and like this continue your fighting. After some time your angry will come down" then they both said "okay we'll follow as Swamiji says" and next time when they were in a fight, you know that the husband was about to shout on her, then he remembered, no I can't shout, I should write, then "you are dumb", "you are foolish", "you are idiot" and this he gave it his wife and her wife wrote "you are equally stupid", "you are equally dumb" and "you are equally idiot" and gave to her husband. after two three writings they got bored of writing who's going to write, forget about it. leave it. because that was not giving them the joy. You know that fighting, shouting and yelling was giving them some kind of joy, you know some kind of a feeling, but writing who is going to write, forget about it. why do you get angry? because you're not grateful. somebody who is grateful, they do not get angry, even if the things do not go according to their plan also they'll think, it's okay so many things are going according to their plan if one thing didn't go, it's okay no problem, Krishna is so kind. so, you count your blessings when you count your blessings you will not get angry. And one tip I can give you, if you want to cultivate this habit of being grateful, every day have an exercise, today five people I meet I'll compliment them. whether in my Temple Community, in my work space, in my house. just about five people every single day. you should compliment. make it like a rule you know when you get inside the office, if there is nothing to say, say hello, this shirt looking good, this color suits you, after breakfast say your wife, "it was nice today, Dosa was perfect, amazing", just meet your boss say something nice, meet your colleagues say something nice, if there is nothing to say, say to your lift man when you go inside office in a lift say hello, you're looking good, today huh you're looking good I can see that or something like that like that, five people every single day you should compliment and you see your life will change, you think that you are making their day by your compliments, but you yourself will feel so energized when you praising others and appreciating them huh because it's like a challenge you know, every single day you should appreciate them and see some good qualities in them and that will make you a beautiful person. seeing good in others and complimenting them and that we can do it and it will reduce your anger. Anger Management "Anger" is one of the "Anartas" which is taking space in our heart, we should clear this all, Because unless and until if we have calm cold controlled peaceful mind if we have to love this position towards Krishna, if you want to love Krishna, if you want to remember Krishna, you should have cool and peaceful mind.
